Ceasar Westbrook

Ceasar was born in Sylvester, GA. He has been performing for 33 years starting in church and branching out into many bands including the Quintones. He has sung the national anthem at a Phillies game, a Temple College game and many high school football and basketball games. He also has done several shows with the Delphonics and opened up for Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, Freddy Jackson, The Drifters and The Four Tops. He is a versatile singer and is comfortable singing ballads as well as up tempo dance songs from Funk, Soul, R & B to Rock. With a dynamic stage presence, he grabs audiences and simply will not let go.
Dave Markel
Bass Guitar
Having toured with "The Shondells," "Fresh," "Wheat," and "Side Track," David is one of the top bassists in the region. His reputation has been built over 30 years and the solid bass lines he lays down keeps enhancing that image.
Harley Felton
Trombone / Vocals
Harley brings over 25 years of playing experience
to FULL TILT, including 8 years of playing and touring with "Hot Gossip." He has also performed with the Johnstown Symphony, Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps, "The Chi-lites," and various university groups. With a B.S. Degree in Music Education, he is responsible for all the exciting horn arrangements for FULL TILT. He is one of the founders of FULL TILT.

J.R.'s three decades of live-performance experience.
From hotel lounges to sold out arenas, he has shared
the stage with a wide variety of performers including
the biggest names in Gospel music, and Las Vegas
entertainers. J.R. has also toured full-time with various
rock, dance, and tribute bands.
Drew Stepp

Primarily a blues guitarist, Drew has been strumming for six years. His performances have led him to such eclectic venues as clubs, dance halls, coffee houses, living rooms, and basement parties up and down route 95. Though the new kid on the block, he will 'light 'em 'up' when it comes to the complex grooves of funk and soul.
Rich Jones
Drums
A drummer since the age of four, Rich has studied with local percussion educator and performer Tony Brill. Excelling in percussion through high school, he went on to study Music Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania under the instruction of Dr. Gary Olmstead. His career as a studio and session player started at the age of 15 when he was asked to lay drum tracks for legendary Sharks guitarist Quentin Jones. His performing career of funk and soul music started in 1994 with Lancaster funk band RUPADUPA and lasted eight years. He is very excited to be on the drum throne for Full Tilt and is looking forward to a long career with the band.
Joe McDowell
Trumpet / Vocals
With a background from Berklee College of Music, Joe has played in symphony orchestras, brass choirs and quintets, concert, symphonic, and marching bands, as well as jazz bands, quartets, funk/soul, and blues bands. As a graduate of Millersville University, he has broadened his musical range to composition and arranging for jazz bands to marching bands. As a clinician and director, he has educated students from kindergarten to adult.
